Asotin County Residents Will Experience Increased Wireless Coverage
Lewiston, Idaho – May 2007 – Residents of Asotin County (other areas?) will receive expanded service as Inland Cellular adds a new cell site. The new site is located just above the water tank on the south end of town. Inland Cellular customers will now experience superior coverage around the city of Asotin, on the highway to Anatone, Washington and much of the area surrounding Anatone as well as reaching up the Snake River past the Asotin city limits.
Inland Cellular continues to build out their wireless network ensuring rural Idaho and Washington residents receive outstanding service for wireless voice and data usage. The Asotin tower is a part of the network expansion scheduled for 2007 & 2008 that increases the number of Inland Cellular sites to (X).

The newly constructed towers are equipped with EVDO CDMA technology which offers enhanced phone technology including improved voice and call quality, longer battery life for phones, and a larger selection of phones with capabilities including camera options, text messaging, downloadable ring tones and games and much more. Inland Cellular’s build out of EVDO upgrades will also include software enhancements that allow high speed data applications for mobile handsets, laptop computers and home computers.
