Lewiston, Idaho – November 2007 – Residents of Troy Idaho will receive expanded service as Inland Cellular adds a new cell site.  The new site is located near the city water tank.  Inland Cellular customers will now experience superior coverage around the city of Troy, expanding outside of the city limits and has helped bridge the gap between Troy and Moscow Idaho.
