Other Questions
"What do I do if my phone says locked?"
The unlock code is by default the last 4 digits of your phone number. If that doesn’t work you might also try 1111, 1234, or 0000.
"How do I qualify for an upgraded phone?"
You qualify for the best upgrade price based on the time since your last upgrade and rate plan qualification:
- 12 months if you are on a one-year service agreement, or 24 months if you are on a two-year service agreement.
A qualified rate plan is $19.95 or greater with a single line, or $69.99 or greater on a shared family plan. You must sign a new two-year service or one-year service agreement each time you upgrade. Of course, if you do not want to sign a new service agreement, you can always purchase a new phone at full price.
